Shipping policy

4.1 Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship to PO boxes outside of USPS-serviceable addresses, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.

4.3 Processing Time

4.4 Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the continental United States takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take 5 to 10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

4.5 Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4.6 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

4.7 Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date using the address on file. Update your address in the customer portal at least three days before your renewal date to ensure the change applies to the next shipment.

4.8 Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete your order.
